Our Story
Taylor and Alex met on Saturday, October 28, 2023, while both attending a concert hosted by their shared school, Taylor University. After getting by with the small talk and Alex later "sliding" into Taylor's DMs, they started going out for coffee dates. They immediately hit things off despite the stark contrast between Taylor's majoring in Illustration and Alex's in Computer Science.
After a quick one-year dating together, Alex decided that he would like to tie the knot. Following receiving a blessing from Taylor's parents, Alex went ahead and started hunting for rings and planning the proposal. Taylor's twin sister and close friends from school worked alongside him to find the correct time and place and eventually landed at the Bob Ross Museum in Muncie, Indiana given Taylor's aptitude for art (I proposed in an attached nature reserve, not the actual museum - don't worry).
Following their August wedding, Taylor will be a new graduate. She is currently seeking remote jobs that will allow her to work in graphic design and similar fields while Alex finishes his last semester at Taylor University. They are uncertain where they will end up after Alex graduates, but he is seeking jobs relating to cybersecurity and computer science across the Midwest.
